Husky Pride Shines During Homecoming Spirit Week

October 27, 2026 - Liv D'Alessandro (12)

Colorful spirit banners cascading along the main hallway staircase, Farley's voice announcing "103 tickets left", and dozens of promotional videos screaming "Vote Me for King!" could only mean one thing: it's Homecoming!

Homecoming week is one of the most exciting five days of the school year. Friends make plans for the upcoming Friday football game, while others start preparing for the dance weeks in advance. With a Roaring ‘20s theme kicking off the week, students plan their outfits and dates to dance the night away in style!

The school experienced an influx of school spirit as students embraced the five themed days leading up to Friday night's pink-out football game against Garinger. The excitement carried on as our relentless powerhouse team took the field, followed by the half-time reveal of the Homecoming Court winners and Saturday’s highly anticipated dance.

From rocking it to Gangnam Style like the Sandman to repping a ballerina-turned-businessman, we Huskies showed up!

Mackenzie Moravus & Eva Mayer (10) agree that his spirit weeks’ themes were fun and more engaging than others. Nice, Leadership team!

Monday set the tone for the week with Adam Sandler Day, inspired by the actor’s iconic red-carpet look, wearing a baggy T-shirt and basketball shorts. Huskies embraced the laid-back style, turning an everyday outfit into the perfect start to a week full of spirit!
